Well Dweller is a dark fairy tale metroidvania from solo dev Kyle Thompson. The demo is tough but fair, and when the mechanics click, they feel rewarding. The full game arrives in 2026 for PC and Nintendo Switch, and the trailers suggest the best bosses are still to come.
